Can I personalize the packaging, too?

Of course! Part of a custom-tailored product is a custom-tailored package. You can pick a name for your cereal, add a favorite quote, or heck—put your company name on it and send it to a client you really want to impress!

Will I be able to reorder my cereal mix?

Yes, any time you want. Every MojaMix has a "Mix Identity" number clearly printed on the label.

A word of caution: Don’t forget to order your MojaMix before the old bag runs out! (We’ve seen what our customers look like when they’re in withdrawal... trust us. It ain’t pretty.)

What if I don’t like the mix that I created?

No sweat. Every package of MojaMix cereal comes satisfaction guaranteed. If you contact us and tell us you just don’t like your cereal, you’ll get your choice between a coupon for a fresh batch or your money back! The choice is up to you. So go ahead and experiment—because we believe in do-overs.

Can I order MojaMix from another country?

Unfortunately, we don't ship outside the borders of the United States. (We found out the hard way that customs officials love MojaMix too... sometimes a little too much!) If you're in Canada, though, stay tuned for updates, eh? We're working on a solution for our neighbors to the north.

Where do I start?

It’s very simple. First, click on the “Start Mixing” button on the homepage or click on "Mix-it" at the top of any page. Then select your favorite ingredients as the system guides you through each of three simple steps. Or if you’d rather, you may click on "Gallery" to browse through our recommended mixes. We feature carefully designed mixes for runners, for gourmets, and for the chocolate lovers among us.. What’s more, all the predesigned mixes can be further customized to your taste!

Can I add the same ingredient twice?

You bet! If a double helping of almonds, strawberries, or chocolate chips is what puts a smile on your face first thing in the morning, then we want to help. Simply click on the plus sign an extra time, and you will see your favorite ingredient listed twice in your order on the right-hand side of the screen.

Are the ingredients organic?

We strive to provide our customers with the most nutritious, delicious, and sustainable food available. Therefore, most of our products are organic, most are locally sourced, and all of them are 100% natural. For more details on specific ingredients, please feel free to contact us. We are also working on a solution to filter the ingredients by type.

How do I find out the nutritional value of my MojaMix?

Since every bag of MojaMix is different, the nutritional value is unique, as well. Never fear; you can keep an eye on the nutritional facts for each batch while you build it. Simply click on the link on the right hand side of the page that says “Show nutrition facts” and watch your up-to-date information pop up!

How large is the package?

Each package of Mojamix contains 12 oz of your cereal – or about 6-7 breakfast servings. Not that we recommend you limit your consumption of MojaMix to breakfast—heavens, no! MojaMix is dangerously addictive and will sneak its way into snack time, lunch time, cocktail parties, etc. So plan ahead.

Can I suggest new ingredients or make another comment?

Think we should offer ground acorns? Halvah? Smurfberries? Drop us a line and make your case! We’re always open to suggestions, and we love to hear from our customers. You can find a Contact link that is displayed at the bottom of every page.

How long does it take before I receive my MojaMix?

It shouldn’t take more than 5 business days from the moment you place your order until your custom-blended MojaMix arrives. We know, five days is a long time when you’re all out of MojaMix, but please try not to harass your mail carrier. Good news: If you live in California, you can expect it even quicker! (We understand if you decide to move to California.)

Can I send a MojaMix as a gift to someone?

Yes! MojaMix makes a terrific gift for any occasion. You can either enter your recipient’s name and address as the shipping address and have it sent to them directly, or you can hand-deliver your present and see the expression on your loved one’s face—if so, snap a pic and send it to us!

How can I pay for my MojaMix

You can pay with your PayPal account, any major credit card, or gold bullion. We are working on adding other payment options in the near future.

How can I specify the shipping address?

Unless you indicate otherwise, we will ship to the address linked to your Paypal account or the billing address for your credit card. If you use Paypal to pay for your purchase, please make sure that the Paypal address is the one you want your cereal to be sent to. If not, be sure to specify a different address during the check out process.

How do I delete a mix from my shopping cart

Easy—just change the quantity to “zero” on the checkout page. If you change your mind and want to add that mix back in, just change the quantity back to one (or more) again.

Can I have different mixes in the same order?

Absolutely! As many as you want. After all, you wouldn’t want to serve your almonds-and-cherries workaday granola to your cocoa nibs-and-macademia nut brunch guests, would you? There’s also the packaging to consider—while your favorite Cheech and Chong quote makes the morning a little brighter, you might not want the boss to read it in the break room. (For MojaMix at work, we recommend the ever-popular inspirational quotes: “Hang in there, kitten!”) To add more than one mix, just click the button “Create another mix” on the bottom left corner of the checkout page.
